  2. Delay Handling

    • If delays occur, customers must be notified within 48 hours with one of the following remedies:

      • 5% discount coupon (valid for 30 days);

      • Partial refund (10%-20% of order value);

      • Free shipping upgrade (e.g., standard → expedited).

II. Shipping Fees

  1. Free Shipping Policy

    • Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping (default coverage: USA, Canada, major EU countries).

    • Excludes remote areas (e.g., Alaska, Nordic islands) – shipping surcharges apply (disclosed at checkout).

  2. Oversized Items

    • Heavy/bulky products (e.g., furniture, gym equipment) require separate shipping fees or C.O.D. option.

III.Penalties

  1. Untimely Delay Notice: $5 account credit (if unresolved within 72 hours).
  2. Incorrect Free Shipping: Refund of excess fees + $3 coupon.
